I wanted to ask: is this a legitimate 3 pounds cut like my scale says or am I losing fat - gaining muscle atm? It looks like a huge jump for only 3 pounds.

Yea I do legs every week. can squat 3 plate (140kg) and 120kg for reps. My legs are disproportionate to my body they fit a 6'4 person while my torso fits a 5'10 person, I think thats why they look so thin. I guess the lanklet meme is real.

Also I only squat low bar with flat shoes, I read somewhere that it doesn't target your quads as much?

IMO this is the perfect bf%, I don't like the whole veiny/abs look. Lean enough to look healthy and reveal muscle but not skinny in clothes.
