I know this feel. I am seriously smarter than my boss and even my bosses boss. I should be running the show, but they just see me as a kid. I see all of my coworkers as ignorant drones just doing what they're told which makes it impossible to hold any meaningful conversation with any of them.

I have a master's degree in CS and I do have a job. I also decline phone calls from recruiters every week. That shit doesn't make me an intellectual, it just means I'm somewhat hard working. I picked that example because so many people think they can flaunt their degree and high paying job as a proof of culture and intelligence when it's pretty much completely unrelated.
