I would even go as far to say that highbar is overall safer as you can get a better grip on the weight.

I know other people have strong healthy shoulders, but i don't why anyone that has had even a hint of shoulder pain would risk that shit,even if it is the superior squat.
Low bar is fine, but it's basically the same movement as the deadlift. So I just do high bar squats and deadlifts for maximum variety, otherwise your quads will be neglected.
if you want good quads the best option would be to do front squats

Well low bar squats can be disgusting for some of you, but then again, just hitting the gym as your hobby can be disgusting for most people. It just screams that you are insecure and want to get big, unless you are doing it for sports, like weightlifting, or for other performance reasons like strongman, powerlifting etc.
