Why does my shoulder hurt during lowbar squats? Last week after my workout i couldn't even lift my arm up to the side laterally. So waited 3 days to let it improve. Today I went squatting again and the pain is back, its not so bad today as it was but it still hurts.

I tried watching this youtube.com/watch?v=g2tyOLvArw0 but it didn't help that much. I'd appreciate if anyone had any advice. I guess just work on my shoulder mobility and maybe see if i can improve bar positioning even thought it feels right and someone said it was good. Maybe the pain just goes away and if it don't then just go to high bar squats?

Been on SS for a few months but looking to switch over to the Veeky Forums Greyskull variation and am confused on how the "weighted chin-up or row" section works. Should I pick one and progress in weight in that exercise for months or just interchange them as I please and just follow the weight increase rules?

This is bad and you should feel bad. You should not be able to do 3 bench press variations in 1 day with heavy weight so that means you're not pushing yourself. Same goes for your leg day. Also if you're natty, splits like this suck, do full body days with SS as a template.
