Also, there are very severe drackbacks to not consuming any fats or carbohydrates and nothing but protein. You will be fatigued all the time, your hormones will be fucked, which means your testosterone levels will plummet and your liver will be overused and might even get damaged.

Just cut like a normal fucking person. You need about 2500 calories. Just eat 1500 daily. If you're 215 lbs, you only need about 100g of protein daily.
