I think the truth is a social phenomenon. Powerlifting is picking up a fan base real quick. I used to want to talk about theories and progress with you guys but now everyone and their grandpa is doing the big 3 irl so i just get it out of my system there.

All I know that for me personally, after unracking the bar I literally let it sink for a good 2-3 cm, which is caused by me letting the entire weight rest solely on my shoulderblades.
This brings them in pretty much perfect position.

And from there I only lose it over high rep sets.

They were stronger, more helpful, and they spent more time talking about training in between the banter

A lot of the new trips are very similar to the instasync crew that came in and made this place quicker and more annoying
