This bis what i uysually do, its pretty damn good for cutting. The huge ones i cant imagineb doing now, but even though i love chunky pb, i always end up with peanut bits on the bottom of my cup, so like, why?

only use PB if bulking, in which case use regular milk

Heres my 1700kcal before bed bulking shake

2 cups water
1 cup peanut butter
1 rounded scoop chocolate ON casein

Its thick as a milkshake and tastes like a reece's peanut butter cup. Usually takes me at least 30 minutes to drink it.

Serious question: this would get most calories from the fat, no? But from what I understand about nutrition, and that is admittedly not much, the body expends more energy breaking down fat than you get from it. So this shake would actually have negative calories? Or close to it? Anyone know?

30g "high protein mix": my own mix of soy, brown rice, quinoa and pea protein.
20g "health protein mix": my own mix of hemp protein, wheatgrass, chlorella, maca and some raw cocoa
Mix with almond milk or water. It tastes... horrible. Literally undrinkable unless I hold my nose. I Cri Evrytiem.

Not that much protein but filled with tons of good micros.

First grind some dry oats, like 100grams, to coarse powder, then make the shake. Let it rest for 5 mins and you've got a thick as fuck shake. Also add less water/milk if its still to thick.
