Yeah it's actually me, I was a swimmer for over a decade which made me skinny, but not strong. I hit the gym before Fire Academy, got my ass kicked in fire academy, and work out four days a week.

I'm fairly new to working out, to be honest.

Did your diet/routine vary at all from the normal advice?

High protein / high carbs.

almond milk
pumpernickle bread
granola
chicken breast
