I cut from 180lbs to 160lbs from January to May and then went on vacation for two weeks. I drank a lot and didn't lift and lost some progress, so the picture on the right is where I'm at now.

Looking to clean bulk to 140~145 by the same time this year. Best part about cutting a pound or two is noticing the small things like lower ab veins, and delt striations.

Honestly you're probably there already at that height and weight. You just don't have abs to show yet. If anything you'd probably be 11%? Weight and numbers are one thing, but your best bet is to just go by the mirror.

If you want try going keto or carb cycling for a week and see if that thins you out any more.
