Did you not read what I wrote? For evolution to take place all that needs to happen is for someone to pass on their genes. To go against evolution you'd have to make it to where someone, who normally wouldn't be able to reproduce DOES. If you save someone who has cancer that otherwise would had died without treatment and they go on to reproduce then YES, thst goes against evolution. My point was that I think most people who get cancer are people who have already reproduced, hence it doesn't matter if they live or die after that as their genes have already been passed on.
