First, let me just say up front I'm not /pol/ and I don't give a shit either way. I'm not a racist and I don't care what your race is. People are just people to me.
With that out of the way, it's obvious to anyone with a shred of intellectual honesty that blacks and latinos have smaller brains on average than Asians and Europeans. This would seem to explain why so many blacks have a threehead as opposed to a normal forehead; their brain is smaller, so their skull didn't have to grow as much. As a result, their hairline never got pushed back as far as that of a more evolved human with a larger brain.

Pretty sure they are referring to abbo's m8. There are also many studies that show differences in avg IQ amongst races. And it seems to correlate pretty well with cranial size.

If this were true, then IQ would correlate with height since cranial size would be larger among taller people who have larger heads. Maybe not proportionally larger, but larger than the smaller persons, on average.
Furthermore, if cranial cavity size is linked to IQ, wouldn't that mean any intellectual differences between races could be extinguished by dosing children with HGH to increase skeletal growth, and thus increase cranium size during developmental years?

It does. Studies show the first born is usually the tallest and smartest of siblings.

That's a very interesting question. It's not like scientists would ever really sign off on such an experiment, so we'll never know. But I suspect it might make a slight improvement.
