i start eating at 1pm so i like to have just coffee in the morning. but i only do that three times a week (lift days) because if i drink it every day my sleep schedule gets fucked up.

I only have coffee in the morning, don't eat until 3, and then just drink 4 litres of milk and eat like 4 bagels. I think it could be just because of your calorie intake m8

My breakfast is 160g oats + 500ml skim milk. I drink a cup of green tea 2 hours later as dairy prevents antioxidant absorptuon
