how much can you deadlift and why are you so weak
How much can you deadlift and why are you so weak
200kg x5 @90kg bw
I should probably be stronger given that I've been lifting 4 years but fuck you.
110 kg
was never athletic before lifting
I've stopped doing them since my back wont stay straight and being stuck at 3 pl8 for months. Have been concentrating on getting my mobility on point and my lowbar squat up in the meantime as it also sucks ass.
Not enough
And we are all working on it.
3pl8 at 132
>is female
110kg
1 month lifting kek
460lbs. Been at it serious for a year. 6'8. Gonna hit 500 soon with how fast it's going
i dont deadlift. its useless unless you are insecure and wanna feel better for lifting something heavy
312.5kg, probably slightly less now that I'm on a cut
155kg @78 my only lift that is even half decent
mfw this is me except 5 years lifting :(
didn't start deads til a few years in though
jesus fucking christ. isn't that nearly 700lbs?
What's your bw?
>6'8.
pls turn into The Mountain, for all of us who cannot.
Wank was like 140kg last I checked.
180kg at 70kg bodyweight.
I do it for her.
140kg @64kg. Fk off.
430x5 @172. 5'9 Manlet status. I think I can do more for my max now.
140 x 1 @ 77-78 kilos.
183cm
I need to start taking dl's seriously again.
I got to 425 @ 185 lbs bodyweight in my first year of lifting.Probably can only pick up 315 now without hurting myself.
No more then 20%bf strong man mode is the desired look. Gotta be in the 300's and juicing tho. One day.
Currently 124kg bw at 6'5
Going for PR tonight T 135lbs
205kg at 85kg but I dont train it
I dunno for single, but I only pull like 325-330 for 2 by the end of my sets. I have been "lifting" for years.
I'm shit at eating. Eternal limbo of no gains.
Been lifting 3months
70kg lifting 180kg
Been on holiday for a week and tried to pb today but could only do 140
Any tips on getting back into the game lads?
120kg at 65kg bodyweight
>can't lift heavy because fucked my grip
>mfw diddlying 2pl8 for 20 reps
365lbs x 1
150lbs BW
you didn't answer the 2nd question you 13 year old girl
get some straps and start looking for a new excuse
You sound like a whiny faggot who makes up excuses for everything
Nigger, I'm just taking it light until my injury recovers. Cam the fuck down.
Kys my man
gj fattie
255 for 5 at 160bw
I'm all upper body, my femurs are to long
Current PR of 505 at 170 body weight
5 years of lifting
barely 3 plates without passing out
I don't know. Can't do right by anyone not even myself
I have legit nightmares
I remember my first 4pl8 deadlift. Now it's my warm up. You'll get there, eventually.
Dunno, and because I only care how I look not how much I can lift.
Its kinda annoying how much effort is needed for a deadlift, its not very fun tbqh
So you want to look strong and be weak?
props man
Strength is an incidental benefit of lifting for vanity.
Given a choice between a great physique or top tier lifts with a fatty body I would choose the former every time.
im 135 -> 250lbs after week 6 of ss
i will make it
Routines that you've followed? I'm 6'7" 105 kg and did bodybuilding/ppl routines for the first 3 years of lifting then found Veeky Forums. 175/250/300/335 lb 1RMs.I want to get my numbers up more.
Betting you look like a strongman, which is my desired body type.
I wouldn't call the man who can deadlift your mom, weak user.
7pl8s
>they are somehow mutually exclusive
>falling for the strong = fat meme
gotta lot to learn son
PR 475 at 194 BW. About 4 years as well.
I didn't say they are. But the quickest road to strength does not generally make for an aesthetic body. I'd rather not dirty bulk and be a fat fuck 6 months of the year. I'll just continue lean bulking and looking good year round with slower strength gains.
...
190 lbs and I been doing 375lbs x 5
Strstd says my 1rm was like 420 or something, but I kinda doubt it since for some reason my grips turns to shit (shitty Asian genes: large palm but short fingers)
I'm weak because I love to cook fancy shit and eat fancy shit. I'd probably be strong if I was more active and lost weight.
short fingers is actually better
180kg for 1 @85kg. Started lifting less than a year ago
600kg, because I don't roid.
445 lbs. @ 265 lbs.
430 lbs. at 198 bodyweight, didn't start deadlifting until a year ago though, but I'll get stronger because they're not that hard of a lift to make gains on desu.
445 @ 170
And here I thought I was weak for my weight. Thanks thread
95kg at 65kg bw. i'm really just posting to make everyone else feel better.
300lbs and because annorexia is a terrible disease
135lbs.
I have something wrong with muh spine. If I go any heavier it hurts for days.
Used to pull 455 but now I'm a fuck. Kill me.
That's pretty good
Too bad you're a weeb faggot tho
4plate for 5 reps, mixed grip liquid chalk
14 months lifting +20% bf at 6'3 220 lbs
...
5plate
I've done SS > 5/3/1 > Hepburn >Wilks cycle (my coach's program)
Been training for strength since the start, been lifting a little over 2 years now, my word of advice would be to eat like a madman, get on a good program, hone in technique and the strength will come lad
210Kg at 83BW
6 Months lifting. I have no idea how this is possible. An official PR btw since it was at a mockmeet
Paedophile cartoons to please.
started last month, currently at 315 for 3
And try not to get your bodyweight so high that your resting blood pressure freaks out the medical staff.
585 x 1. Why would you think that i am weak senpai?
500lbs for a 1rm at 180lbs.
I could honestly improve my training by learning a bit more about programming and I could eat a cleaner diet. Also rest is a big problem for me.
>tfw can only deadlift 275 lbs for 5 reps
I don't know why my deadlift is so shit. I've been doing SL for about 6 weeks and my progress has already stopped in pretty much every lift.
160kg for 5 reps
When do you look into getting a belt?
235kg @ 85kg
now that i started training deadlifts again after 3 years im at 240kg @ 100kg or 200kgx7 beltless
3pl8 @ 42kg
It's ok bro, I'm living the dream.
You gotta eat more famalam.
stop lying to self and to us
Last time I deadlifted it was about 225lbs, could probably do more with more effort
and weak because haven't deadlifted since I got out of military 2 years ago.
Like 515 for 6 on a shitty day. Tfw
120kg x 6 or 140kg x 1
Body weight 75kg, lifting since February. I'm taking it slow because I don't want to fuck my shit up.
Your initial progress was probably mainly due to you learning form and getting optimal leveraging dialed. Now that you've maxed out on that you're relying on strength gains which happen much more slowly and depend largely on eating enough food.
