Any particular exercises to boost fat loss/maximize cut? Fat Newb here.

not eating, going to the gym, lifting, etc.

Been going to the gym just short of two months, got the results i expected.

Im seriously considering neglecting legs altogether to increase bench and ohp.

DL, Bench, Squat all the normal shit
going good guys keep up te work dont be slackers

This was because i had a L5 dessication and couldnt work legs and abs for months. pls dont stop working legs, consider yourself lucky that you still can.

how does this happen? just pullups or something?

dont stop

also how heavy are you? those stats arent too bad

any advice for working back up after injuries?

post lifts

t-nation has a good article here:t-nation.com/training/step-by-step-approach-to-coming-back-from-an-injury
but in short, take it slow and don't go the full extent of your routine until a few months

i've come to terms with the fact that my squat will never ever grow.

3 months and 1 week since I went to the gym for the first time. Finally reached avatar mode

>ronald mcdonald goes to the gym

Doesn't work tbqh.

1.5 YEARS OF LIFTING

>57kg bench
wtf

seriously lifting since 1st june, on starting strength.
Before that did a lot of pull ups and some lifting with bad programming (like 30kg x15 deadlifts, 30kg x 20 squats and shit like that), so most of the progress was made since i started doing SS.

1 year 3 months lifting.

>my bench is only so bad because I pause every rep
R-right guys?

Forgot pic, lmao

feels good man

coming up to 4months training

Rip chest

Is there anything bad about this? I'm 72 kg, 183cm btw.

everytime someone posts that kind of body you can just hear rippetoe screaming in orgasmic ecstasy.

>tfw you hear it again

can some of you anons post a pic of your body with your symmetric strength? I wanna see how well lifts correlates with being aesthetic

>heeeuuggghhhHIPPDRIIIIVVVEEE

Here, bulking through summer and I am fat, but from what I've seen from several old posters strength and aesthetics aren't mutually exclusive

upper body slowly catching up

Sure.
Is mine.
Is kinda right tho. You are going to sacrifice some of one to get better at the other. For a lot of folks it's not going to matter though.

look for pictures of Tuna. He was the only one autistic enough to follow the sticky as it was and not change a thing.

Autism or not, you're still going to have to sacrifice some of one to maximize the other.

that's true, but I believe there's a point where aesthetics and strength must part and that point is way down the line.

Yeah most aren't going to have to make the choice. I'm sacrificing a bit of aesthetics because I've been enjoying not counting calories and maintaining 195 is ez.

Mirin hard dude
Time lifting? Pump or not in pic? Natty? Routine?

Thx
Lifting on and off for 12 yrs started doing compounds 1.5 yrs ago after switching from planet fitness to a better gym.
No pump. Natty.

Oh and my routine has changed a lot over the past year but I'm doing full body 3-4x per week. Bench amd squat 3-4x, deadlift 1-2x. Accessories by feel afterwards as I have time/energy

Finally no more blue.

Just noticed this page, are these weights pretty good as a framework for improvement?

lol i lie on the internet to male myself feel better too

just started a week ago
