Startbodyweight.com and /r/bodyweightfitness have pretty good routines for beginners. It' easier to progress with free weight training though.

Dips and pull ups man. Also learn to do handstands and muscleups amd your good to go. Everything else is literally useless. If you want to actually get big them youll basically be doing gymnastics eventually

The startbodyweight is more balanced, the reddit one focuses on ring stuff and neglects shoulders.

i prefer startbodyweight. i used to do something like it before i started going to the gym. now that im done school and actually have to pay for a gym membership i might go back to calisthenics

60 seconds is nothing.. aim for 5 min as starting point

if youre pretty good at pullups (~8-10) you can do them with your feet in front of you like in the hanging knee raises picture of this it kills your abs and i found i didnt need to plank anymore

calis are prob the best if you're a teen who doesn't want to become a midget.

lifting only fucks up your growth if you take a trip to snap city, OP will be fine if he picks up some weights and uses proper form

That picture is bullshit. Here is the true super saiyan routine:

>single arm circles (warm up)
>lunges
>straight leg sit ups working to raising the legs as well
>handstand push-ups
>one arm push ups
>weighted punches
>hanging sit ups

All exercises are done in one set to failure until a prescribed number of reps are met (10,000 for Goku).

Then, the gravity (weight) is increased.

And of course, martial arts training is included.

I always do a push exercise, pull exercise, and either legs or a core exercise amd then just repeat the cycle 2-3 times. Push and pull exercises can also include isometric holds like front lever or handstand.
