AB wheel. Literally all you need.
Superset of ab wheel and hanging leg raises. All you need desu senpai.
Push press. Strict press. Jerk.
Weighted chin.
Used to do squat amd deadlift too.
Outside of that, just stomach vacuums. I have pretty high ab visibility at 18% bodyfat (what a normie friend insists is a """""4-pack""""") just from that.
3x8 back extensions
5x5 good morning
5x20 z-bench crunches
3x15 yoga ball plank leg raises
3x5 Russian twists because huge obliques look like shit
200 situps
50 leg lifts
200 crunches
bicycle kicks for 5 minutes
back plank(until I can't)
front plank(until I can't)
boxing until i'm tired.
You don't need to focus on core if you're already doing heavy squats/deadlifts
Lose your fat and youll get your abs

Shoo shoo
I desperately wanted this to be true for the longest time.
It simply isn't though. I've started adding some light core work to the end of my workouts and I'm looking a ton better already.
alright if you MUST do extra core/ab work then hanging leg raises are good enough, Simpley add some weight
Also thanks i don't know how i missed that in the sticky
Would you mind sharing your routine + additional core workout
Isolated work is always needed even if you push yourself hard with deads or squat.

And fucking yo mama
Hanging legraises because I like them
Cable crunches because I like them
Some abwheel because I like it
Really want to be able to do a V-sit someday.
explain why it's needed
>My biceps get worked during deadlifts so I don't need to do any isolations for them to ensure optimal growth and strength.
-shredder dips
-hanging leg raise
-woodchoppers
-cable crunches
I do it because:
-I get ab DOMS that I never get from just big compound lifts
-I'm working towards being able to do some of those sweet super difficult core exercises like dragon flags as a personal goal
Are you McGilling me?
