Chicken/beans/veggies

egg white omelet with spinach and feta cheese is one of my favorites.

I use noodles every now and then 7g proteosomes per 200cal add some eggs/chicken/beef pretty gud

Sometimes I eat cookies before bed

I use a Ninja food processor that has 16oz cups for the perfect breakfast.

1. Fill halfway with raw oats.
2. Fill to fill line with fresh fruit, whatever is cheap and in season. It's summer now so strawberries and blueberries are super cheap and fresh.
3. (Optional) add some protein powder and fat such as butter or olive oil for extra macros and more filling.
4. Fill with milk.
5. Blend.
6. Enjoy.

Takes just a few minutes to make, drink, and clean up and keeps me full until lunch.

Chicken, rice and veggies can be very tasty if you cook and season them properly. You don't have to eat them plain.
That being said, I like slow cooker meals because they're easy, tasty, and store well. Chilli, stew, soup, etc. just combine some meats, good carbs, veggies, and spices in the pot and come back in 8 hours for massive quantities of delicious food.

Jeffrey pls

Seriously this. People assume you have to eat shit plain to be healthy. Nah famalamus just dont drown your shit in ketchup and teriyaki sauce just add lime/lemon and seasonings.

I like to get creative with what I eat. For the veggies, stews can be good (you might wanna check the french "ratatouille").

Stired fryed peppers with onions and chicken are great to! Just chop the peppers in rougthly square shape, fry, add spices to taste and chicken.

I use mostly beans or lentils as starch, and I eat them with chicken. Heat a pan, add chiken, add spices (curry, paprika...) add lentils or beans or even rice.

Again, for veggies, you might consider cold soups. Spanish Gaspacho is great. You basically blend tomatos, cucumber, garlic, onion and sweet pepper together with olive oil and herbs...

I'm also working on recipe for chicken patties, but I'm not fully satisfied yet.

did you really need advice on how to mash up an avocado and make scrambled eggs?

You NEETs really are hopeless

It's the only food infographic I have... I mostly browse these threads for general ideas, not details.

As for NEET... I've very likely more diplomas than you so go fuck yourself

...

Hello, powerlifter-san.

try adding pee-nut butter

...

your elementary, middle, and high school diplomas don't count. Excluding those, do you have more than two diplomas? Didn't think so bitch

I'm a college graduate. So yeah, I have more than two (3 states diplomas, 1 university diploma, working on my Ph D)...

So you have one (1) masters and feel like that's an accomplishment? Next thing you're going to tell us it's in math.

I don't feel like anything. You're implying I'm not educated, I merely answered you. And, no, it's not in Math.

Now how about stopping getting off topic and just keep to the subject at hand?

I always wonder what do people who write about egg white all the time do with the yellow of the eggs. Do you just throw them out? That shit's wrong.

Indians have some GOAT dishes. Just make sure you air your kitchen afterwards if you arnt used to the smell

This one is for vegan bros

>Not avocado and tuna in oil
>dont have to salt and ruin kidneys

Inb4 >Muh mercury poisoning

Most people indeed throw them. That's why I don't eat eggs, or only rarely, and not as my main prot source.

but does the taste of those dishes make up for being indian?
