Im doing 4-day TM. I try to do a buttload of volume on upper VD, lots of accessory volume on RD, and buttload of volume again on ID.

So I didnt lift for the first half of the semester and started back again in April.
I began TM after a couple weeks of LP. first ID, april 15 with:
squat @ 265 lbs, 1x5
bench @ 200 lbs, 1x9 (lol?)
DL @ 330 lbs, 1x6 (IDK)
now:
squat @ 320 x5
bench @ 250 for 2 / 1 / 1 / 1 (gonna go to 5 x 1 this week)
DL @ 380 x 5
Bench has been stalling a bit mostly because i lost some weight i think, but also cuz i need more volume

I've come to the conclusion I must have one of the worst builds for squatting. My 1RM is at around 150kg and it feels like absolute hell. My deadlift is a tad over 200kg and feels pretty decent. Bench is meh. God dammit, do I hate squats. Front squats are cool, though.

I assumed it was for fatigue management. This cycle I felt like shit during test week, even though i had Squat and Bench PR. Last cycle had no skill test PRs but got 5% overall at the mock meet.
My point is there is no harm in doing what am doing as long as I progress right? My first comp is not until october anyway.
