How long is a piece of string?

exactly 334.22345 gym sessions provided that you determine a gym session as exactly 1.34343 spent in a regular-sized commercial gym and wait approximately 5.64 minutes on average to use the squat rack on arrival and take no longer than 1.5 minutes to grab a drink of water

Six years no drugs

Four years drugs

i'm 5'7 183-185 with a 1230 total (probably could hit 1300 if I put in 100% instead of 95%)

I honestly don't think I'd ever hit 1500, mainly because I'm sick of being 183-185lbs and am in the process of cutting down to the 160s for aesthetics.

99% of Veeky Forums will never get there.

I'm 6'2, 210 (currently, going to be going up to 235 in the next year and a half) my total is 1360 and I've been lifting about a year and a half, and specifically training for powerlifting for about 5 months at this point. Realistically I should get there in 2-2.5 years. Depends where you start, how fast you progress, and how big you are.

99% of fit can't even bench 2pl8 for reps
1000total is beyond them, let alone 1500

I have 1350 total. Does that mean im doing good by fit standards ? I weigh 225,raw, no drugs

Anything less than 1400 is weak especially for 225 fat ass

About 3 months of Wii fit and Zumba.

i'm not familiar with what's good for someone that weights 100kg because i'm a manlet

Time for an ebin estat thread

Why cant anyone here take anything serious ?

My total is only 990(kg) and I've already been lifting for about 8 months, will I ever make it Veeky Forums?

I managed to reach a 1420 total natty at 200lb. I'd say that unless you're over 220lb or you have really good genetics you will never reach 1500 natty. If allow yourself to become a permabulker, yeah, it's doable, but it won't be easy.

Mike tuscherer has a 2400 raw natural total. Explain that fit

>mfw people in this thread are gonna be adding up every single lift of theirs

>natural

>cutting down to the 160s for aesthetics
Confirmed never going to make it in pl

>le nobody on Veeky Forums is actually strong

There are plenty of us who are stronger than most of you. We just stay in /plg/.

Yeah that is good, what are your lifts?

6plate DL, 5plate squat and 4 plate Bench would be that total. And no one could say that is weak.

Sure thing bro, sure thing. You're all powerlifters who achieve 1500 totals after a year and a half of lifting and we're all jelly haters.

>my total is 1360 and I've been lifting about a year and a half, and specifically training for powerlifting for about 5 months at this point.
Just like this guy.

>6plate DL, 5plate squat and 4 plate Bench would be that total.

That would be 1450, not 1350.

That literally is me. My 1rms are 495/290/555, I don't see how that's so hard to believe.

No it wouldnt

260kg DL
220KG Squat
140KG Bench

620kg or 1364lb

>I don't see how that's so hard to believe.

Kek

Not him but it took me a year and 8 months to get a 1540 total in competition, granted I'm fat, but seriously not all of Veeky Forums are weak estatters.

>he lifts for "aesthetics" then wonders why people who lift for strength are stronger than him

Holy shit you're dumb.

>I'm fat

Just how fat are you, and yes not all of Veeky Forums is estatters some of them take steroids, good to know.

>Six years no drugs
>Four years drugs
do you actually believe that?

>He lies on the internet and wants people to believe his obvious lies.

Or maybe Veeky Forums just so happens to be full of people with elite level lifts after less than a couple years of lifting totally natty.

Lad...
You need to realise that not everyone on here is a genetic dead end in terms of physical capability

>4plate bench
>140kg

>elite level

m8, I'm barely past intermediate. I'm not even strong, my wilks score is below 400.

>tfw I'm a bodybuilder who wandered into this thread and my total is only 1060
Doesn't really bother me though, different goals and all.

4pl8 is 180kg

Lovely meme laddie, keep'em coming.

Was 132kg when I got the total
youtu.be/9xinF8o4wg4
230/170/300 (kg)

Not everyone here is small or weak, or an e-statter, I had a 6pl8 deadlift after 7 months of lifting

Maybe you should consider rock collecting. It sounds like lifting isn't exactly your thing.

How do people can go from noob to elite in such a short time, obviously people start at different levels and different knowledge of nutrition and strength.

I know i wasted a lot of time cutting and bulking, and losing gains to try and get lean.

My total is 1210 after about 4 years. Even with a these mediocre numbers i have never seen anyone squat or DL more than me in my gym.

What do you do to make such fast gains?

Meant to write 3plate, my bad.

They are still strong as fuck lifts, to say otherwise would be stupid.

BAZINGA

>Was 132kg
Sad.

Sure, I was just correcting your math.

By typing fake numbers on your keyboard, or taking really good steroids.

I didn't do anything special, I just ate, slept and lifted
Been told in /plg/ that it muh genetics, so I guess thats it

>sad
I know, I'm cutting rn, I'm at 124kg and going down to around 110 because I don't really care about being huge anymore

>lying or steroids
Kys

It also seems that these people here forget to mention that they weigh as much as a baby elephant and are as tall as a coffee table.

Even if some people are lying or taking steroids i do think some people are telling the truth.

One of my friends is gifted at bench, he trains like once a week and bench 100kg for reps after a month. He currently can bench 150kg and does a bro split doesnt diet and misses the gym all the time.

Shit dont make sense.

>Even if some people are lying or taking steroids i do think some people are telling the truth.

Sometimes I make up numbers and post them here and people buy that shit and then they go around telling people calling me out on my bullshit that they're weak and retarded, It's simply hilarious.

if it takes you longer than 3 months consider consulting a doctor about your testosterone levels

Should be easily attainable in your first year of lifting for 90% of healthy males if your training and nutrition is on point

>tfw just realized on bench press you're suppose to drive through the legs
>tfw realized you're suppose to treat the deadlift as a leg press and not a row

if you can't lift 2500 2 weeks after your egg was enriched, consider telling mommie to blast some test in there

Dont listen to this Veeky Forums shitposters

If you can total 1300 or above you're a beast.

1300 honestly isn't really that impressive even at lower bodyweights

Its higher than most roiders at a commercial gym.

Ch-chad?

That's because roiders in commercial gyms don't train for strength, they're bodybuilders, if they went on a strength specific program while on roids most will easily get a well above 1300 total within 1 training cycle

350 bench 425 squat 525 deadlift

Most people cant do that

That's because most people don't train for strength, and a lot train like absolute retards.

That doesn't mean 1300 isn't a strong total.

Just because a lot of people have potential for something doesn't make it less impressive.

A lot of people could be world class chess players if they obsessed over it for 15 years. Just because most dont put forth the time doesnt make the great chess players any less great

He probably lifted a while ago or is on steroids. I have a few friends clearly roiding who wont admit it.

why would they not admit it if you're friends. I smell a fa.

Damn bro, i didnt feel like writing acquaintance but if you need everything written so specificaly here you go.

If you do sumo deads and low-bar squats, 1-2 years.

Heres some info to lower your expectations. Boardshorts and garagebro from plg have been lifting 3yrs+ and have barely 1400 totals after using steroids.
