You may wanna do chin-ups and curls whenever possible I'd strongly recommend

Some other user says he increases his maxes SLIGHTLY when working sets feel really easy, as you're suppose to test maxes every 12 weeks and it's not fun using the same weight fir so long

Each tab is a 4 week block. You just run them in order of tabs. So C7v2 is what you start with.

You zoom out and screenshot the entire 4 weeks
You out the image on your phone
Rotate it to fit your phone
Zoom in when looking at what you want to do for that day
