I'm 5'3 and currently 150lbs. Going by what the sticky says on how to calculate calorie intake for weight loss, I've been consuming an average of 850 calories a day, all from chicken and vegetables.
I've already lost three pounds (though it's probably water weight) but I'm worried about the calorie amount itself. Is it safe? I feel like I shouldn't be this hungry with all the protein I'm eating, but I am and I'm starting to wonder if I'm not going about this the right way.

Cut at -500 cal (500 below your tdee) and LIFT

Was just brolifting up until 3 years ago when I switched to powerlifting and doing Sheikos programme with some bodybuilding once a week.
Total of 525kg during competition.
Now i weigh 87kg.

Don't know. But I work in a steel factory so having a beard kinda helps in a macho dominated work place. Also I have an easier time with girls because of it. I look like a baby without it.

Never really counted calories I just did bulks and cuts. If I was bulking I would eat more and if I was cutting I would eat less and do more cardio. Its less efficient than counting calories but it keeps me sane.

There's only so much muscle you can gain in a certain period of time, if you mindlessly go a lot over your targeted calories you'll only be adding body fat.

Nothing special, really. Diet mostly consisted of chicken breast or other easy to cook shit, always stayed at a calorie defecit.
Routine was SS since last May (which didn't do much, I know), then [fithasnospoilers]boot camp[/spoiler] since March.
Starting to get back into lifting again and I'm weak as FUCK, was squatting and benching like 100lbs max yesterday on my first day in the gym in months. But this time I'm at least doing it with decent form, so I've got that going for me, which is nice?
