Could my physique ever be forged into anything well looking?

Could my physique ever be forged into anything well looking?

bro. you started this same exact thread like 2 days ago. just shut the fuck up and lift some weights jesus christ.

It was yesterday and I want some feedback on pros and cons of my physique

what physique? if you don't want to be a blob, of course you can work to not be a blob.

fix your diet and start working out.

>Could my physique ever be forged into anything well looking?

you have a body that can lose fat and gain muscle. so yes.

yes

even if no, you'll never know unless you try

Yeah, just go to the gym, pay attention to your diet and you'll make it.

Now leave.

What areas are lacking? What are my strengths?

pros:
>none
cons:
>you're a fat fuck who won't shut up and put in some work

That's very harsh, I've been training for about two months now

>what areas are lacking?
everything

YOU HAVE NO "PHYSIQUE" YOU FUCKING RETARD. EVERYTHING ON YOU IS SOFT AND FLABBY.
GO LIFT AND EAT FOR FUCKS SAKE

Lacking: everything
Strengths: How the fuck would we know?

Read the sticky, get a gym membership, then get stronk

...

>strengths: none
>lacking: everything

Now go lift you dumb faggot and quit asking silly questions

Should I focus on bringing my chest out a little bit more?

I think my rear delts are lacking as well but I don't have back picture.

Why wouldn't it? Drop the excuses and 'genetics' mentality or you'll stay like that forever.

I am a Doctor and I can tell just by looking at that pic that you are the only person on the planet who cant build muscle or lose fat

this fucking thread

Are you illiterate?
What part of "everything" was difficult to understand?
You look completely untrained and soft therefore everything must be addressed with equal attention

Of course you can. Everyone can become fit. I started from fatass, anorexic skelle to fit. Consistency is key!

What is my estimated bodyfat percentage? How much do I need to cut to 'make it'?

this, I'm a doctor aswell and I can tell you don't have the right genetics

despite popular belief, lifting or diet can't change your body, thermodynamics are a meme

those ripped guys you see at the gym? they'd look the same if they wouldn't lift

pros- none
cons- everything
get to work

Focus on READING THE FUCKING STICKY and doing SS

This desu senpai

>What is my estimated bodyfat percentage?
100%

I have been doing it for two months approximately

I am at a 150 squat

100%
Go lift weights and gain muscle, then cut during spring until you look good

well you cant really tell if your muscle insertions are good or bad.. BECAUSE THEY ARE COVERED IN FAT.. so loose some weight pal it will help you no matter if can became "aesthetic" or not :)

I have been cutting and my strength has been going up pretty well. I think I will continue with that instead

Thanks friend, Ill keep pushing

JUST LIFT WEIGHTS AND RUN FOR FUCKS SAKE

Stop yelling I just want to be on the right path

you're a faggot if you don't attempt

What are your stats?

My lifts? They are pretty pitiful

Yes. Everyone can. That's the whole reason fitness exists. If your looks are genetically predisposed, why would anyone ever bother working out? You're not some biological anomaly so if you eat better and work out, you will look better.

Okay thank you for the motivation guys

I will keep working at it and post my progress in a few months and how my lifts have improved

yes. don't fall for the memes and can be look decent by the end of the summer. aim to lose 2 lbs of fat every week.

that's my own progress from last year, these pics are 4 months apart. all I did was cardio, dips and chin ups every day.

Did you cut? You look heavier than before

yes, I cut. I think it has to do with the zoom of the pic. I went from 185 to 170.

What is your height? I am approximately 210lbs at 5'11

Height and weight, can't tell you how much to lose if we don't know how much you have

above

5'10, 185 in left picture. 170 in right

dang I've got a way to go then

You could lose at least 40lbs to not look out of shape anymore. Aim for lean 185 minimum and you'll start looking good

Thanks, I'll do that.
Just don't even know how much of a cut i should have to still make some gains. I've been eating ~2000 calories

you're looking at it the wrong way. the highlight of my picture is that if you are simultaneously gaining muscles, losing fat and improving your posture you'll look significantly better after a short time. don't focus on being perfect, focus on being a little better than you were yesterday and one day you'll realise you don't look like shit anymore.

It's just kind of demotivating when I'm still weak and struggling on my shitty lifts, yet I haven't lost much if any fat either. So I'm neither getting lean nor am I becoming strong

At least if i looked the way i do and i could say "I have a 315lb deadlift and 225 bench" that would kind of make it justified

Honestly, go down to 1500 high protein. Like minimum 210g of protein. And do cardio. You've got a lot of extra fat, so it really won't hinder you as much as it would if you were thinner. Once you get below 20% probably around 185-190 up the calories to a smaller deficit.

What are your actual lifts?

>210g protein

150lb squat, 110 bench press, 205 deadlift, 120 lats pulldown

Protein burns the most calories to digest. I eat around 250g a day, and I probably look better than you ever will.

Yes, but not by you.

1rm or how many?

0/10

i do them for 3x5 and deadlift is 5 rep max

lat pulldowns are 3x8 but i am working on trying to be strong enough for chinups

That seems very difficult.

What do you even eat to get that much protein?

There's a lot you can eat to get that high. I've done it with high protein pancakes. Burgers, and more. Chicken and cod and the most protein dense foods I eat though. Don't really like fish but can't argue with cods macros

3x5 isn't enough volume man. Do 5x5 and add 5lbs every time, assuming you do a two day split. Add 5 to the lag pull down too. If it's too hard one week just do it again the next. You should be able to keep that rate, only having to repeat a couple times until 1/2/3/4

yes

I am starting to stall adding 5lbs each workout a little bit

Going to cut back to once a week or something i think

Try getting some more protein in your diet, and if you add 5lbs and you can't get the 5th one on the 4th set, just lower the weight for the last set and try again next time. Definitely do a 5x5 though, 3x5 isn't enough for a newbie

but muh marcus rippetoe......
