Walking into gym 2x1

calisthenics are for faggots and niggers

>One arm chin up
15 single reps each arm
3x5 with -30lb assist (decrease by 5lbs every workout. Train twice a week)

Static holds at full position with 10lb assist for 6 sets of 10 seconds (decrease by 2.5 lbs every workout. Train 2x a week)
Lift into lever position with no assist and hold for a second. 3x7. Adding reps every workout.

>Planche push-ups (shoulder is just now healed-so I'm just getting back to where I left off)
3x20 planche push-ups with -20lbs of assist. Moving to 10lbs tonight. Decrease assistance weight by 10lbs and decrease reps-and work up to 3*20-and then decrease load again. Usually take a a full week to progress with 3 sessions.

3x15 handstand pushups
2x20 diamond pushups
2x20 wide arm pushups
2x20 planche pushups
Slow decline pushups until failure

2x20 prisoner squats
2x20 sumo squats
Single Leg Heel Touch Squats x 20 left
Single Leg Heel Touch Squats x 20 right

3x10 bent over rows
2x10 deadlifts

After that I finish with my ab routine which consists of planks, bicycle crunches, and leg raises.

I've been making decent gains this past year and slowly getting closer to my goal.

I basically do these cycles for 3-5 sets each
This is an acerage one for me

(Pull ups 10-12 reps
Dips 10 reps
Pistol squats 8 reps each leg
Toes to bar 9 reps)×3

(Assisted handstand ring push ups×5
Inverted rows×5
Leg curls×8
Reverse leg raises×8)×5

Last stuff is usually isometric stuff. f

My gym has a really good area for bodyweight(can do box jumps and eberything) so i go and do bodyweight and if i want ill go to the weightroom and do some squats. Its a family membership anyway so i make my mum go with me so she can exercise. At the end of the day its a win-win.

Push:
15 pushups
15 dips
3x5 weighted dips
3x5 one-arm pushups (each side)

Pull:
Either climbing/bouldering/hangboard sesh or gorillions of pullups+chinups. Working on 1-arm pullup (just got a slow decline 1-arm, nearly there I feel)

Core:
Planking to warmup (usually 1min front 30s each side then back to 1min front again)
2x10 jackknife situps
3x L-Sit to failure
3x3 Ab wheel rollout

legs is hill sprints whenever I can bring myself to do them.

Does volume really work for pushups? I know the biceps are different to most of the muscles and I feel like I'm stalling there.

Not him but no it doesnt work(for me at least) nor are the biceps worked by doing push ups.

Volume and range motion are very important to Building chest and triceps with pushups. That's why I end with a slow decline until failure because it works (at least with me and the people I talk to)

Also pushups alone don't activate the biceps enough, so that's why you should do curls and chin ups
