I never understood how you're supposed to incorporate farmer's walk in your workout. Do you do it for certain distance? for certain time? just once or do you it many times with breaks?

Do it until your lord tells you to stop

Go about a country mile and you'll be good.

Eggs
Olive Oil
Quacker 1 minute Oats
Rainbow light men's one multivitamin
Nutrigold Vitamin D3
Viva Labs Fish Oil
L-Arginine
Revolution Nutrition Isolate Splash
Pasta
Chicken breast
chicken legs sometimes
chicken thighs sometimes
Ribeye bone in / boneless all the time
baby spinach ( put in pan with olive oil, takes 5 mins and shrinks down to a little pile. can literally cook a metric fucktonne at once)
broccoli

I need a rice cooker or some shit, everyone eats rice, maybe it's just cheaper than pasta

Always eatin steak pasta and spinach post workout, used to do post workout protein shakes but eating full meal is better I think

chicken for lunch

Embarrassing amounts of greek yogurt
Hilarious amounts of eggs
Inhuman amounts of Mini Wheats
All different parts of chicken
Canned green beans
Broccoli
2 gal milk
Bananas
Other fruit

I forgot bananas

how much does this steak cost?

Broccoli
Carrots
Kohlrabi
Bananas
Oats
Olives
Quark
Milk
Raw cocoa powder
Eggs
Canned sardines
Canned tuna
Cheese

literally the same shit twice a week

like anywhere from 13-17 bucks for 2 boneless ribeyes
usually get it on sale but yesterday I got fucking reamed, 21$ for 2
Bone in is more expensive

Opinions on vegetarian gains? I rarely eat meat because it takes time to prepare
Is it a problem if I get enough zinc and B-vitamins elsewhere?

>meat takes time to prepare

the fuck

/eat greek yogurt like there is no tommorow/ crew reporting

Ribeye on the grill takes 7 mins from seasoned to ready to eat

chicken cutlets on stove take about 9

I usually buy minced for wallet gains and make en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frikadeller

bruh.

whole grain rice
beans/black beans
chicken/96%lean4%fat ground beef
MooTopia Milk (only in texas baby)
broccoli, spinach, mix vegies, sweet potatoes
tuna in water
coconut oil
and to fuck it all up vanilla creamer for my coffee.

>tfw never gonna make it.
>tfw i have no face.

2 kg salmon filets for 10 bucks
1 kg cod filets for 2 bucks
Whatever fruit and vegetables in season for remaining food money

Repeat once a week.

Heavy bubbles

3+ pounds of chicken thighs
2 pounds of ground turkey
gallon of milk
half gallon of chocolate milk
8-10 avocados
black beans
lettuce
tomatoes
cucumbers
fresno chilles

I also have a girl that sells me brownies / cookies she bakes with her crap as the special ingredient. Usually have these with the chocolate milk on my cheat days.

>Cutting

Lots of greek yogurt
Avocados
Lean ground turkey
Broccoli
Eggs
Baby carrots

no veggies?
inb4 tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber

So just meat and supplements

Good vegan protein sources take just as long to prepare as meat.

cod, talapia, salmon, brown rice, white rice with red beans, Instant mashed potatoes, egg whites, a million different cheeses. High protein milk.

Lately i've gone deep into cereal territory.

Is that the same girl that rubbed bacon on a shat on the Quran? ISIS gonna hack your paypal, bro.

oatmeal
eggs
chicken (usually thighs, or whatever bone-in cuts are cheap. Sometimes a whole chicken)
tilapia filets
veggies (onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, leeks, sometimes other stuff)
fruits (pears, apples, peaches, or whatever looks good)
beans
lentils
dry peas
diet soda
canned tuna if its cheap

On special occasions I'll bake a pie or something, but I don't stop up on supplies for that.

Basically I have her eat a lot of fruits and vegetables before she makes my batch of baked goods (chocolate chip cookies this week). I've always thought eating a lot of those foods was gay (especially fruits), so I justify it by eating them from her ass.

What is everyone's food budget for the month? I've been trying to make 300 usd work for me and my grillfiend.

If you're low on capital one month, would you just consume her for the gains?

She's a vegetarian with about the body mass of a stick of celery. I think I would consume more energy killing and prepping her body than would be available to eat.

Oats, canned tuna, chicken, steak, pork, lots of different fish, rice, pasta, vegetables, fruit, yogurt, cheese, nuts

That's why I like high test girls--perfect macros if you ever need to eat them.

But I spend like 300-400 a month on groceries. Plus another couple hundred every 2-3 months to resupply my whey and casein.

I buy some things to eat

>That's why I like high test girls--perfect macros if you ever need to eat them.
But they are more expensive to feed cause of all the added weight. That's the cost of having a walking bugout bag of macros in case of an emergency I guess.

>walking bugout bag of macros

Rice
Eggs
Veggies (Water spinach, Bak Choy, tomatoes, green onions)
Chicken (usually boiled thighs, or skin)
Condiments ( Black pepper, black fermented chili beans, soy sauce, sesame oil)
Pork Chops, Dried cured pork belly, Steamed pork cake, bbq pork, chinese pork sausages
Spam
Milk
Cheese
Fruits (Apples, Kiwi, oranges)

I work in a kitchen so I literally get to eat as much as I want for free. I pretty much just sweet potato and like 3 chicken breasts everyday at work. At home I don't buy much groceries, pretty much just have eggs milk and beer in my fridge

I had to carry some groceries for 1.5km. Next day i was sore all over (the good muscle-growth kind)

I thought farmer's walk was a meme. It's not

Pasta, 2 lbs sirloin, jar of tomato sauce.

3400 calories 220g protein

For summer i buy ribeye steaks whenever i have aome extra money. Cant believe i eat the same thing everyday and still enjoy it.

Ps fuck eggs

Large amounts of tomatoes

Welp, that's enough Internet for today. Good night Reddit!

milk and bacon

more milk and bacon

veggies and pasta isn't meat breh

$60 a week by myself, so $300 for a month for two people might be kinda hard. Lots of beans and lentils, fresh fruits and veggies. Whatever the cheapest meat you can find is.
