ITT we describe our families to Veeky Forums.
I'll start
>Father: Doesn't care at all about hygene. Morbidly obese, probably weighs around 350 lbs. He says that he would be able to beat me in a foot race because he was a runner in the army years ago, despite not doing any cardio in years. He says every few weeks that he is going to start jogging but never starts. Frequently hides chocolate from family in his room.
>Mom: Overweight, probably weighs about 200 lbs. Has many phony workout DVDs around house, occasionally goes on phony 'lose bellyfat by eating x' style diets. Smokes several packs of cigarettes a day, along with dad. Also hides chocolate from family.
>Brother: Probably about 10 lbs overweight. Eats like shit, and would probably be fat af if he didn't go for morning walks and have a young metabolism. Does nothing but hide in his basement room playing vidya and programming all day, only coming upstairs for snacks and dinner to fuel his trip into obesity.
How has your family affected your fitness? If they are fat, do they blame genetics, despite you (hopefully) disproving that with your body as proof?
