I'm the other way around. My endurance is absolutely pitiful so my actual 1RM is always way higher than the estimate based on my 5RM.

But a very smart guy once suggested the following to me after I burnt out on TM.

SQ/BP: 3x6 on Monday with last set at around RPE 8 to start, add 2.5 lbs each week
3x4 on Wednesday, last set at around RPE 8 to start, add 2.5 pounds each week
3x2 on Friday, a bit under my last successful triples on Intensity day, add ~5 lbs a week
Reevaluate as necessary--can do only one work set for a deload, can add an extra set on Monday if you get stuck and need more volume.
DL: 8 reasonably quick singles on Monday, 2 heavy but submaximal singles on Friday.
I ended up doing 4x8/OHP/2x3 for bench instead, but same deal. Worked pretty well.

TM is DUP you dumb*ss. Speaking to yours: go heavier on VD, more sets of fewer reps on RD (paused lifts = GOAT), do more than one heavy set on ID.

5x10@50% is taken from the first cycle of 531BBB, which is where I was making the most strength progress during that program.
75% is about the recommended amount for RD, I just upped it to sets of 6 instead of 5 somewhat arbitrarily.
I like triples better than 5sets for new PRs.

75% of volume day's weight, IIRC. But the point of the middle day in DUP-type programs is not to recover, it's to get more useful volume in.
