Nuts are expensive as hell. I do try to get a lot of fat in though.
For calories I mainly eat rice, oatmeal, bread, and sweet potatoes

Those arent simple carbs except for maybe the bread if its not whole grain.

Make sure you are not eating white rice.

Maybe try to find a place where you can buy nuts in bulk, like a farmers market?

Try seitan. Low in carbs and really high in protein. For every 100 grams its about 14 grams carbs and 75 grams protein. It tastes pretty great too. Work in a vegan restaurant that makes mock chicken wings with it, and by golly, its pretty fucking great.

Only need to worry about b12 unless you're not eating enough whole foods. The longer you stay vegan, the more your DNA will change to aide ala conversion. Plants already have the ideal 6:3 ratio.

I wish this subject were less polarizing, because I'd really like to know if veganism is legit or just a meme. On one hand we have large industries who want us to keep eating meat and dairy for $$$, on the other you have people like in OP's vid, who are clearly on roids (if you look at other vids in his channel), but promote veganism anyway in order to make $$$.

Vitamin C helps you pick up the iron when you don't get it from meat. Very important.
So combine a multivitamine with C and then have the iron separate with good quality, same goes for B12. Rest you will get through veggies and plants.
