Is this a valid reason? I don't have enough money to spend on a gym member ship. I know my weight is influenced by poor diet choices (my wife buys junk food and sodas and I tell her not too, but if it's there I end up eating it, I also work night shift as a nurse).

I'm the sole bread winner and love my wife (super attracted to her even after her crushing my dreams and her body getting wrecked by the baby, all I can fap to is her) but I feel like I deserve more sex than once every couple of months.

What will help me build enough of an aesthetic physique for my wife? Body weight workout and diet?

I'm deperate for help, I've tried all the attitude and MANLY changes I could do but she's still not interested. I know she's not getting it from anywhere else because she is with my kid all day and I work nights while she is asleep.

Read the sticky, fix your shit diet, start lifting 3-5 days a week, consistency is more important than killin yourself with long sessions early. The more muscle you have the more calories your body will need to burn just to maintain mass

You don't need a gym membership to lose fat, fat loss is mostly diet.
You will want to build muscle too though which is what a gym is great for. You can gain muscle on a bodyweight routine it will just be slower. Try a bodyweight routine and if you can stick to it for 3 months then scrape together the money for a gym membership. This way if you don't have the discipline to stick to it at least you haven't wasted money.

no worries my man. Just start small. People think you need to jump straight into a fitness regimen of diet and exercise. Don't take it immediately to the extreme. Try walking, with light weight training to build muscle which will help drop fat. Then increase frequency and difficulty as in jogging and increase weight. Just keep stepping up the ladder of fitness because then it will be easier. Jumping the ladder will just cause you to fall down and be worse off than you are now. Over all take it slow and don't make yourself hate it by making it too difficult starting off. This might not even be your problem. Just talk to your wife, if she loves you she'll tell you.

There's a reason Veeky Forums says not to lift for women, even ones you may be married to. If you end up getting fit and she still doesn't want to fuck you odds are you're just going to give up. Either find a reason to lift for yourself or find a lower effort method of getting your wife to have sex with you again. Starting weight training as a beginner at your age is going to be a lot of effort with less gains to begin with. If you're not even getting any satisfaction out of it then just don't even bother, just do some cardio, fix your diet, and leave it at that.

As a 21 year old wife, I would say how you look isn't a big problem for sex, but looking better will make her horny for the new you and you'll be healthier.

Also, spice your relationship up. Do really spontaneous shit and try to make time for her. Eat veggies and limit calories to like 1800 a day, do some cardio and stuff, do some weights aswell.
You don't need a gym to run up and down a road, and you don't need to be rich to get some 2-8kg dumbbells.

If you just do cardio with good diet, you'll lose some muscle and look skinnyfat when you lose some weight, so keep them lifts in.

Every single time you eat some junk or drink a soda, do your max amount of pushups, it should put you off if you don't like exercise that much. Buy some stuff for yourself on the way home from work, or on the way there so you have your own shit to eat.
