4 eggs
180gr oats

Bulk version
3 bananas
8 eggs
350gr oats
nuts 140gr
raisins 35gr
peanutbutter Xgr

180 degrees, 45 min in the oven. Cut in 7, eat 1 today, 3 in the refrigerator, 3 in the freezer. Unfreeze the night before in the refrigerator

Peanut butter, protein powder, cinnamon, almond milk.

Sometimes banana.

A scoop of whey, and a cup of blueberries.

Chopped up apple, pear or banana. I'm sure most kinds of berries would be good, but I'm not fond of them.

Water, cinnamon and sliced apple, heat on the hob for some lovely porridge. Add maple syrup in the bowl to taste.

I just take some raw oats and pour a milk protein shake on it and eat that shit.

Tastes good when the shake is optimum nutrition chocolate, so it at least doesnt taste like shit.
