long story.
Can we get some pics up in here? I'm 6', 170lbs. I've been lifting for 3 months and I'm only benching 1pl8. Does gaining weight really shoot your numbers up that high? Do I just suck?
I did. It was so stiff i could barely get the thing off. Sure would like to break it in. Havent lifted in a week. Knee feels better. Maybe ill give it a go

Its not long
You injured yourself with shit form and have a weak bench
You squat too high and dead with a rounded back.
You have a 190 bench because of that shoulder injury. And your real squat to parallel is like 315 and same with dead
