If you want to be a model you need to go to spas and shit to take care of your skin. Drop down to an extremely low bf% and maintain. If you are fatty you are going to need surgery to remove your loose skin. Now you just build strength and size until you believe yourself a model and drop what ever time amount of body fat you have. Now you hope that genetics have been good to you and regret for the rest of your life not starting earlier and having to deal with what the previous lifestyle has done to shape your body for the majority of your dumbass existence
