So if I'm reading this right, you're cutting weight, and your weight decrease flattened out around day... 60ish? Then it started going down again around day... 110.
Notice the correlation of your bodyweight resuming its decrease and the stalling of your bench progress. It's probably not an issue of programming, since you dropped almost 10kg without your bench gains plummeting entirely.
You just need to eat more to get your bench to go up.

Setting all of your new PRs on ID was how I first learned TM, and it works just dandy for me, so I've seen no reason to change it.

Why? I do pause squats on RD, pause DLs on VD, and pause bench on ID, I feel like that's fairly sufficient as far as pause training goes.

I have tried a closer grip and it helped but I was under the impression that you should grip as wide as possible, yes to all three of the other questions

You can bench whatever width you want. I'd recommend pinkies on the second set of rings.

Your wrists are just too inflexible for wide grip. Move it wider slowly over multiple sessions

Nah. You'll lose a few pounds by benching closer, but you won't lose much.

Also, if the bar isn't over your wrist in your hand (that is, it's down in your palm and your wrists are bending back), that could be a problem.
