Thanks for always being there for me /fit

I have a lot to go but i think im making it

...

Good job user

Right

left

Your beard is in the same angle as your belly.

God tier good work user

Fuck user that's a lot of lost weight.
Congrats man, at your height and frame you could be a monster.
My cousin is 6'7/8 and it's crazy how quickly he gains strength. Deadlifted 3pl8 practically untrained, has hands the size of dinner plates

Proud of you, keep it up

good job, man.

fucking-a

front

face

doing good user, keep up the work

Good job OP!

Don't give up, the further down the road you go, the harder it gets, but the more rewarding it is.

>the lanket is a fat ugly bald manchild
wow what a surprsie!

at least start roiding so you look decent before you die in the 40s

signed: 5'11 5/6 master race

Well played bro. Keep it going!

Nice work man! Just keep at it and you'll be shredded before you know it.

The most dangerous part of such a transformation is when you start making big leaps in progress like you have and then you get these ideas "its good enough, maybe I'll just maintain for a bit" and then you start falling off the wagon. I almost went to shit in my transformation bc I got complacent. Luckily I was able to avoid it and keep going. You should too.

Never stop improving!

I can confirm: you are, indeed, as a matter of fact, making it. Well done, G!

cutee

keep going OP, 230-250 should be a nice weight to be at your height, provided you lift

You could legit pull the longer hair and beard, though.

Na i have no intention of getting complacent , i know i have a lot of hard work and heavy lifts to get to where i need to be

Thanks for the support !

topjob OP

Great work! That's dedication, keep the good work.

good progress bro! keep addit

Damn I think you lost 10 lbs outta your face alone. Good work

WWTL?

lol manlets

nice tits but sadly will be saggy as fuck in a few years

Gots an unrelated question.

When Americans say lbs, do they mean 1lbs=0.5kg, like Brits usually do? Or is it the goddamn random 0.453kg?

To a Europoor like me, raised in the metric system its really hard to tell at a glance what you muricans mean.

1 lb = 0.453592 kg

nice try anglojew

And also, great fucking work man. Actually, I weigh 130 kg right now at 6'2, and google says its 286 lbs. I'd done what the other user described in a previous post, got complacent, started drinking gain, went to shit and balooned 30 kg, or 66 fucking lbs for you mericans. Fucking disgraceful, and it snuck up on me like a raping nigger in the night. Consider this a little cautionary tale. I'm back on the wagon now, tho.

We're gonna make it brah.

Broest of threads. GJ OP, keep it up!!

Good on you man.
Keep it up!
WE'RE ALL GONNA MAKE IT

Impressive!

What was the routine and diet like? I need to lose weight myself and a lot of what you read seems to contradict the next thing.

myfitnesspal

East less calories (Eat meat and veg mostly) , lift up heavy stuff

THATS IT, if you not losing weight , EAT LESS , LIFT MORE

Yeah, it's 0.45 kg, because they're retarded.
And fyi, brits use pounds as approximations, i.e., you'd tell your kid to go buy 4 lbs of flour and mean 2 kg, but if you said "I'm a fat fuck and weigh 300 lbs" you'd actually mean 300 lbs, not 150 kg.

How much did you lift first time at the gym?
Also how much do you lift now?

Slow and steady wins the race

well done man

Since the other thread is dead I'll post mine here.

Started at a gym 1 month ago, the weight loss itself was over several years.

>looks like a good lad when fat
>looks like a fucking faggot after losing weight
meh
Seriously though, congrats on the weight loss.

Hey I don't usually post on here, man.
Coming from someone who struggles to gain weight - keep it up man. That's some consistent progress.

Whenever I see a fatasfatass it makes me feel like a cunt thinking 'how did they let it get to there? So lazy'. But i've always had it easy, its times like these where its good to see the effort and struggle that might be going on behind closed doors. Thanks for showing me such strong determination.

You've got this bro

>over 300lbs looks like Hodor
>decent-looking dude sub-200

you have chosen the correct path my child

Damn, that's a lot of progress.
You probably have a lot of clothes that don't fit anymore.

>someone who struggles to gain weight
I honestly don't get that. Just eat more.

I dont know user. I looked pretty terrible when I was over 300lbs

Hey thanks!

get rid of the facial hair or go for some stubble. you'll be right

is this a progress thread now?

ok

this was over a 4 year time frame starting when i was 15. height is 5'8 weights for each photo in order from left to right were 180, 155, 220, 180

brah, I do. But honestly my metabolism must be insane. I could eat 5 solid meals a day and be over my maintenance by a lot, for months, and the gains are ever so small.
The reason I struggle is I am not consistent with diet.
Being lazy, self employed, starting business'/ no job leaves me short on cash a lot of the time so I cant afford to put gaining weight over bills unfortunately.
Hopefully situation turns around a bit in the next couple of weeks.

Nice work OP. You look like a different man. Keep it brah!

you will make it this year

Fantastic job, OP! I'm on the same path as you and seeing someone else who was so huge is extremely motivating.

How tall are you? I always imagine men like this must be massive.

what feels like Average height here in Aus. 6'2

OP, keep going. I went from 96kg at 174cm to 71kg at 174cm and then halted progress for 6 months while I was abroad and went all the way up to 83.
I've been trying to get back on track for 5 months now with minor progress, i went all the way down to 76 but now I'm up to 78 and still have a lot to go. Mind you, I lost the little muscle I had and my confidence is pretty low right now because I'll be in the beach in a week with a skinny fat leaning fat body.

Once you stop it's so much harder to get back on track. DO NOT STOP. Being on erasmus should not have been an excuse for me. Nothing should be one. Stick to it. Don't pussy out. We're all gonna make it.

>Close to 100lbs in a few months.
Diet/routine?

I'm 275 down 30lbs. Started on the 4th of july. Looking for new things to eat and I haven't even started lifting yet because summer semester sucks.

why do i feel like this is samefagging

this is a 3 year gap btw

Oh it said january 2016
Damn, guess I'll just deal with the loose skin.

you fucking virgin bitch hoe all tits gets saggy thru the years

250 in January, 180 now

What a disgusting room
No wonder you got fat, you must have a really shitty personality

you look like a redditor now good job

holy shit spotted the autist virgin

10/10, but I would get rid of the mustache

good job, dude! amazing how you can be the same weight and look 1000% better, huh? solid progress, keep it up nigga

You look like that lazy guard from Orange is the new black

pleeeeeeeeease shave that mustache wtf

Oh man you're handsome, and it's not gay because I'm a grill. You're gonna be real ladykiller soon OP, amazing work, well done!

Haha thank you , i tend to be pretty down on my looks most days

reppin the 6410* KCMO

You're getting there, but now is where it's going to start getting hard. My brother has been dropping weight from 440 at 6'4" - similar situation to yourself. It's took him about a year to get down to 280 but he's been stalled out there for months now.

Double down on your diet, count your calories, get your lifts on and smesh it, lad.

A)
>shave mustache to achive normie mode

B)
>keep growing mustache to achive prussian general mode

I'd pick B) but thats up to you. Right now its not looking that great

you went from border line diseased letting yourself go to borderline or obese fat. Don't fool yourself you are still too fat and need to cut down with diet FIBER FIBER FIBER and exercise.

I think i may hae even weighed less back then, i was shorter about 5'6, grew 2 inches, i could have even been 170

More motivation for you dudes out there trying to drop the bulk.

>started at 375 September 2015
>345 on January 10th 2016
>Everything clicks into place concerning motivation and discipline
>220 on June 20th 2016

The trick is realizing that there isn't such a thing as a deficit too low, rather a diet with too little protein.

>1100-1200 calories
>200+ grams protein daily
>Popping fish oil and multivitamins like candy
>Lifting 3 times a week/C25k 3 times a week

Get on it lads, in a year you can be where you want to be.

You know a lot of that will snap back relatively well after a year or so though right?

first day you guys have been amazing.

Good job OP. I'm fucking proud of you man. Keep it up!

little under 4 months

Keep going fellow tallbro. Pic related is me, old pic but you get the idea

Fucking awesome OP.

>formerly 357 lbs

Seeing that fucking scale hit 299 for the first time in years was an amazing feeling. Cant wait to see 199.

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

You look happier after having lost the weight.

i am , much

Stache was the result of a bet, it's gone.

...

Impressive

no current pics? get fat again?

Handsome bear.

should have kept it dude staches are win

Fellow fatass here. Comparable body type. Comparable results after about two years.

I'm so used to seeing transformation pics where the "before" is not even as big as my "after." Thanks for posting this, user. Helps to know I'm on the right track.

Nice dude, very nice!

>from Shrek to Lord Farquaad

I can't unsee!

Or you could just do lbs/2.2 and not use some bullshit .453592

You'd be better off shaving your head and getting your beard trimmed and lined up at a barber - it's a badass look. A lot better than balding and unkempt looking.

You're on the way to making it m8

fucking kek im laughing my abs to the coal burner

15th bday to 18th bday. Went skelly inbetween, started lifting 13 months ago
