have you considered OHP'ing?

Really though, do dumbell OHP, work your triceps, do rotator cuff warmups, do lots of front and side raises. basically hit your shoulders real good from different angles

Just finished week 6 of SL. Followed the program to a T, except jumped ahead 10 lbs. a couple times on bench to catch it up. Added chins/dips around week 4. Just hit 1pl8 squat today. Was so much harder than 130 lbs. Haven't failed anything yet, but my OHP has been a photo finish the last couple times. Everything is getting challenging now and I might have to start eating over maintenance even though I'm 17-18% BF.

Thinking "no way I'll do 5 lbs more next time" and then doing it is kind of addicting.
