How exactly does day to day programming work when you switch from a beginner routine (something like SL or SS) to something more powerlifting oriented? Do you just run cycles of sheiko/smolov/whatever else or is it possible to run a more conventional routine (more like SL or SS)?

Should I only put my knee sleeves on for my working sets or for my warm up as well?

If you're using them for warmth/comfort, chuck em on whenever. If you've got them cranked down and are using them for rebound, just for work sets.

There's a regional meet in 8 weeks, but I'm unsure if I want to go. I'm pretty weak (165 100 170kg) @ 74 and I'm planning on bulking back up to 82. I checked the results from last meet and almost everyone was over 350-400 wilks

This would be my second meet, my first being a cozy local meet. Not sure if it's worth it considering it's not even my first meet

Yeah, if I don't get at least 6 hours my lifting usually feels like shit. I try to average 7.5-8 a night. Usually ends up being more like 7-7.5.

On another note I woke up today and looked in the mirror and realized I'm starting to look really jacked compared to even just 2-3 months ago.
