Appetite Suppressant?

I tend to bounce up and down weight-wise and I really need to lose a lot of weight and keep it off. I love how I look when I'm thinner, but I can't deal with the constant hunger I have to induce to get there and stay there. Is there a good appetite suppressant that I can reliably get from a doctor? Apparently, the assholes don't want to prescribe one until you've already done permanent damage to your body with obesity.

ECA is effective, and no doctor is needed. Nothing is gonna be effective forever though, you need to change your diet and how you view food. You could always go in for depression and say you don't want sexual sides, which will get you bupropion, but thats not super powerful, you could take that forever though easily.

appetite suppressants dont work long term (tolerance after a few weeks) and are a shitty method of treating obesity for a simple reason: after you lose weight on them and stop taking them you then eat like you did previously and get fat, entering a viscous cycle. Much better to make long term lifestyle changes that will serve you FOR LIFE to lose the weight. Medication for weight loss should really be used for life threatening conditions and those with other health complications (hormone etc).

All weightloss is through achieving a calorie deficit, drugs help by either making you eat less (appetite suppressants) or expend more energy (clen or DNP).

Truth is all diets are just ways of tricking people into achieving deficits (IF is through not being able to eat 2K+ calories in 8 hours, paleo is through removing high calorie foods like bread and sweets).

two methods that are popular: intermittent fasting which allows you to each the foods you like (such as bread) as long as you dont go for feast.
Or a restrictive diet that removes calorie dense, low satiety food with satisfying low calorie food. you can find what these foods are by looking online for a food satiety index, there a tons of resources for low cal food. which foods you pick will come down to your preferences (which seems pretty limited by your previous post)

TLDR its going to be a mixture of bootstrapping and intelligent selection of food that will make you lose weight.
