Going for a run later today, when it's no longer 90 degrees. So it's a cardio day, not a lifting day. That's why i'm not there.

Worked shoulders and lats yesterday and did some dragon flags.
Gonna do cardio and some legs today.

Did chest/shoulders/triceps today, will do back/biceps/core tomorrow. I've done some cardio 4 days every week and it feels alright for now.

I'm doing texas method, did bench and chin-ups earlier. Skipped squats because of doms, run out of weights for them some time ago(homegym) and was not doing them for a while, then decided to load up almost all I got for 5x5 on monday. Funniest part it's not even 2pl8. Skipped my tuesday run because of doms too. Will try do run tomorrow and do my (old) squat 5rm on friday.

Because of doms hah lift through it woman

Had to move 2 entire sets of appliances up to the third floor and the ones I was replacing down to the ground, on top of my usual stuff at work.

No gym today.

Tomorrow I go to my shitty work gym and try to hit 200lbs on the Smith press before I do my usual 4x8 leg press, lat pull and curls.

I don't do cardio because I work on my feet 8-10 hours 6 days a week and have no desire to spend more time on them then I have to

I do a 3 day split, upper vertical, lower, upper horizontal. I go AxBxCxx when cutting, ABCx when bulking.

I went earlier. I go at night with my mom and do a lighter version of what I did in the morning.
I workout 6 days a week since it's the summer and I'm waiting to start work late August (just graduated)

Nuh-uh. Not today. Yep. Starting Strength stuff; Squat, OHP, Bent-over rows. Back, via pull ups. I'mma stick with SS for now, but I'm thinking of doing a six day PPL split for hypertrophy.

I wish I had a gym to go to when I stay at my mom's. I haven't been in a month now, and I really miss it. I wanted to spend the summer getting joocy for fall semester, but instead I got a sinus infection and went on almost 2 months of antibiotics. And now I'm stuck here for another 2 weeks with nothing to do but make brain gainz from reading.

I just want to lift again
