Easy:

1. Jerks (part of clean and Jerk)
2. Bench Press
3. Pull Ups
4. Curls
5. tricep Extension

First four are just the most show-off lifts possible, tricep extensions I just love the burn in the triceps.

5. Barbell rows

4. Barbell curls

3. Dumbbell Hammer curls

2. Preacher curls

1. Arnold dumbbell press

Pic unrelated

Love 1-4. I'd probably include those in my top 5 but add in dumbbell bench press

I wake up, lift up my refrigerator a few times than drink 3 litres of full creme dela creme malk daily
>im buff bruh

>Tricep extension

Glad I'm not the only one. It's such a weird feeling to Tricep extend a weight that you could curl with your dick, yet it gives you a burn

Lyle McDonald’s Bulking Routine

Flat bench: 3-4X6-8
Row: 3-4X6-8
Incline bench or shoulder press: 2-3X10-12
Pulldown/chin: 2-3X10-12
Triceps: 1-2X12-15
Biceps: 1-2X12-15

I do strongman training so there's some unconventional ones that have given me great results.

I will give you my top ten.

1. Log clean and press, cleaned from floor for each rep
2. Rope grip pull ups with full pronated to supinated over ROM
3. Ring dips
4. Sandbag carry
5. Frame carries - unlike farmer's walks the frame requires you to hold the arms out a bit more and wrecks your traps
6. Zercher yoke carries
7. Heavy dumbbell or center mass bell snatches. I haven't been able to master it with kettlebells without smashing my forearm because I am slow and clumsy
8. Atlas stones
9. Tire flips
10. Hand over hand rope pulls

Not if you do the overhead deadlift

>Arnold dumbbell press

This is the first I've heard of this exercise. I looked it up and the only difference between it and what I normally do for dumbbell seated military press is that you finish with the weights directly in front of you instead of off to the side.

Can anyone explain the difference in terms of muscles worked, injury prevention, etc?

An overhead yoke lift is literally this

BB curl
Preacher curl
Ez Bar lying triceps extension
Reverse cable triceps pushdown
Flat Bench

I feel like it works though the shoulders more completely and it's a lot more range of motion for the arms to move around in, the primary benefits of dumbbells to me has always been the need to compensate for moving heavy weight through multiple directions. This press does that really well.

Wide pull ups
Behind back pulls ups
