Veeky Forums, y-you never told me my hands would be this horrid as a result of lifting some heavy ass weight, what do?
inb4 >meet my future gf 2 years from now >attempt to caress her thicc legs >"eww user, why are your hands so rough?! Ugh, it hurts!" I've had enough of this, sorry user but our relationship is over"
You have a skin condition or the worst grip technique ever.
Wyatt Hall
Haha just kidding, that was dried up wood glue. Take care of your hands, fool!
Landon Collins
Cus u have bad hand position
This isn't suppose to happen regularly, you place the bar in a spot where it goes on the folds on your skins and then it rips later
Jose Watson
You didnt read SS, rippetits talks about this early in the beggining of the book.
Its a lack of knowledge, not the result of lifting heavy as weights.

>implying women don't love rough manly hands
Anthony Ramirez
>proper grip >pumice stone >moisturize your face and in turn your hands
still baby smooth skin, obviously callouses but they're only hard, not scratchy and rough
or your could wear gloves like a bitch
Angel Nelson
You get calluses after a few weeks and thats the end of that, moisturise your face everyday, which everyone should be doing anyway, and the excess moisturizer takes care of your hands.
You keep your hands silky soft my masturbating daily with lotion. That's day fucking 1 of being a man 101
Austin Davis
kek, I do, I was even prescribed a cream for my hands by my doc a few weeks ago and it works, they've been getting better but they're still rough without cream, my hands will make it.
fun fact: my feet are softer than my hands
Colton Anderson
>implying literally anyone likes babby-tier office worker hands You're getting your (You) though, I hope you're happy.
Nathaniel Adams
mine are by quite a margin, probably because i dont walk around barefoot much
i use a razor to keep my callouses in check
Christopher Torres
I too used to pour glue all over my hands, let it dry, then peel it off(so satisfying). Glad to see you're still keeping the tradition alive!
Grayson Richardson
man that's a skin condition called dyshidrosis or pompolix eczema. If you have athlete's foot as well, by curing your feet, the eczema on your hands should go away as well. Otherwise you need to get tested for allergies. I've had this shit for 2 years before i got rid of it. good luck man
Easton Parker
Buy gloves.
Oliver Campbell
thanks senpai, thankfully mine isn't too severe.
Andrew Cook
Get some ClimbSkin, its a hand balm designed for rock climbers. Keeps your skin tough but makes it look and feel healthy.

>tfw writing callus is still larger than lifting callus
My gf likes them on her tits, so that's a plus, I guess.
Ethan Harris
Bahaha look at these girly hands
Owen Butler
>moisturise your face everyday errors don't ever moisturize your face
Matthew Ross
Women prefer a guy with masculine hands. Not the soft hands of a boy.
