Dress
Leave for work

Snooze til 09:15
Coffee
Shower
Spend 7.5 minutes walking to work
Put on some more coffee

This might be right place to ask and I'm a bit desperate.
I used to have no problem getting up at 4-5 AM, whichever was more feasible at the time depending on task for the day. However, now I don't have any tasks set at a certain time for the day. Ever since this stared, I can set up an alarm from 3 to 10AM, wake up, turn it off, forget about it,shut my eyes and fall asleep. Because of this I always wake up at noon. Tried going to sleep earlier, but still woke up relatively late in the day. Is there something I can do that is sure to make me wake up very early again?
