Lite beers are about 100 calories a piece. 1/2 hour on an exercise bike at a medium pace is about 300 calories.

I put an exercise bike in my living room and I just ride it while I play vidya. Its easy as fuck to burn off a couple beers doing that.

If you drink more than 12 beers and some vodka a day, that might make a total of 2000 calories or so. This might explain why you gain weight. If you stop eating food you'll become utterly miserable. Beer does not contain any vitamins or basically anything useful at all. Drop the beer and you'll improve your overall health and probably lose weight in the process
