Cutting/Bulking is bullshit

Daily reminder that Cutting/Bulking is absoluet bullshit

You can gain muscle/lose bodyfat and gain strength by consuming 80% of your maintanance calories, lifting heavy ass weights and maing sure you consume 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight.

Anyone who says otherwise has absolutely no idea what they're talking about.

Oh gee, I guess that my 30 lbs on a 1500kcal diet is just water weight, huh? Man, if only I had listened to an anonymous poster on a Sumarian pottery-shaping forum, I'd be ripped by now.

Physiology disaggrees with your opinion but the sources you have provided are solid.

This stops working if you have lower bodyfat levels. Not everyone is a fatty.

Of course you can still gain/lose weight by cutting and bulking you moron, it's just not optimal for bodybuilding and is not the healthiest option.

This is how you spot someone who's been lifting less than a year.

>not optimal

It is for fat people

>not healthy

Prove it, faggot.

You just have to adjust your maintenance calories you retard. Of course your maintenance isn't going to be the same once you drop 10%
