Well it looks like Im never gonna squat to depth again.

Spent an hour trying everything. Every time I go to end range, I get hip pain by the socket.

Stretched external and internal rotation. Did all kinds of glute and core activation drills. Tried front squats, high bar and low bar, and goblet squats. When I hit bottom, my fucking hips hurt, and Im out of ideas. Not gonna keep ignoring it and tear cartilage, that would be retarded.

It looks like Im stuck with partials and Push/Pull meets :((((
