Okay Veeky Forums, it's time for me to get in shape for the holidays.
I plan on losing 100lbs, 350lbs currently.
I did my research and far I concluded the following:
>Start Keto diet to maximum efficiency.
>Low dose DNP every 2 days.
>ECA stack daily, 3 times.
>Yohembine HCL alternating days with DNP.
>Garcinia Cambogia 1500mg x3 daily.
>Black tea, green tea & water only.
>Stationary bike & lifting.

What do you guys think, is 100lbs loss achievable by New Years like this?

Do keto and do eca stack it's the safest. Go in the sauna for about 30 min everday and shower with only cold water. You'll lose about 30 pounds of water in the first month and then when your body is adapted to keto it will start shedding the fat off.

I'm glad you're trying to lose weight, but let's do the math here: Gaining or losing one pound takes around 3,500 kcal. So if you want to lose 100 pounds, that's 350,000 kcal. Let's lowball this a little and say you have five months until the holidays (August, September, October, November, December). Assuming 30 days per month, that's 150 days. 350,000 kcal / 150 days comes out to around 2,300 kcal deficit per day. Even the most dedicated people rarely can go below 1,000 kcal deficits. Mathematically, I think you should choose a more realistic goal, like 25 pounds.

I'm not sure about starting off with drugs man. In my humble opinion you should just try to stick to a decent diet and exercise routine for at least a month, then see where to go from there. If you pick a fairly aggressive weight lose program you could be losing 5-10 a week for a while. People say it's good to do 1-2lbs but that's for people around 20-25% BF. If you're that big, for the first few weeks at least the weight will melt off.

dude, don't to drugs and supplements and stacks and shit. Lose 50 pounds the old-fashioned way first. At your weight, losing weight fast is very easy

It's different for extremely fat people though. They'll also be losing a ton of water weight as well as other factors coming into play, meaning that 1000kcal deficit will translate into more than 2lbs lose a week, with exercise of course.

Don't do drugs dumbass. Just stop eating soda and fried shit. Eat some veges, brown rice, chicken breast etc. Start cooking. Go for long walks! Don't try to lose a set weight bg a set time. Just focus on having a healthg life style. Maybe set your desktop background to be a slide show of vegetables and other yummy looking healthy food. If you focus on drugs to fix your issues you WILL FAIL!!

OP is in the best position to make huge weight loss with small lifestyle changes, but he's trying to min/max his way into some unsustainable nonsense

I'm currently 160 at 20%, I need to lose about a 10lbs of fat and gain 10lbs of LBM then I'll look fairly decent. Been lifting for about 3 months.

Usually when I want to cut I eat one healthy meal a day
& drink only water / tea
& do shit ton of cardio ( 2 to 5 hours a day)
& monitor vitamins / zinc / magnesium / etc..

Do not take any hard supplement, ECY, DNP, those are deadly if not taken the right way / still stupidly dangerous if taken the correct way.

I'm only 180lbs yet losing 1 - 2 lb / day following this diet (usually 2 - 4 hours of MTB as cardio)

edit : I'm eating in the morning, unless something is planned, restaurant, picnic, etc.
