Anyone think its possible to gain muscle whilst on a cut as a natural and a non-begginer?
I feel like my tricep has got bigger since doing extended skull crushers whilst ive been in a caloric deficit (not just more visible)

Depends on what you want tbqh, if you want husbando mode, start doing heavy reps of bench and variations.

If you want otter mode, again, focus chest but cut down your bf%. Your gut is kinda sticking out, you natty, user?

I think its my posture but im not sure. using SARMs too, so maybe a bit of bloat.
Im powerlifting, so husbando mode is a good goal.

Gotta get that chest puffy, user. Start doing heavy 1 reps with a spotter instead of sets. You'll make it.
