Help me out krautbros...

Help me out krautbros. What are some German foods (either individual foodstuffs or full meals) with solid macros that I could acquire with reasonable effort as an Americunt?

schnitzels

why does it have to be german? i'd understand if perhaps you wanted to find something you'd eaten in germany but couldn't remember the name of, but you literally don't even know what you're looking for.

I'm in the mood for German food? I've got somewhat limited experience with German food, but what I've had I've enjoyed quite a bit. Basically I'm just looking for someone to say "X is really great and the macros are on point, you should try it"

Bump

Kwark (or Quark) is nice for protein and cheap, can be fat free or with fat
Other than that it's pretty much the same food as in the US.

Make sure to check out Quark.

Stark und groß durch Spätzle mit Soß'

Google Esterhazy rostbraten. It's more prussian but who cares.

Meant austrian, not prussian
