- I will admit that was a run on sentence.
- People who lift =/= implicitly fat.
- There is the potential for physical injury, but you can minimize it by perfecting form. I think you're confusing bodybuilding and powerlifting. Not that you can't do both... but I don't see myself squatting 1,000 lbs in this lifetime.
- You can build some strength doing manual labor, but it's not the same as lifting. Most of it will result in a lack of balance in your physique. The greatest benefit lifting carried over to my manual labor was the development of my lower back. Used to throw my shit out multiple times a year. Lifting + basic yoga = hasn't happened in the longest time. The increased strength helps me get shit done faster, and the endurance aspect lets me get it done without being wiped out at the end of the shift.
- I occasionally play videogames or dick around on a computer in my downtime, so I must live in my mom's basement... right on. We're both on Veeky Forums right now bud.

Bent Rows
Deadlifts
