If you fuck up your Spoto Press when doing 6x4 @%85 bad things happen

You can't roll of shame when you're wearing a belt

Dumping 225 isn't as loud as you expect it will be

It is laughable to try doing 5x15 CGBP @ %50 after that shit, and even %40 will be a massive struggle.

Delt raises are super fun why don't I do these more often?

Supersetting Chinups with Deltraises is very humbling.

So some people actually stop what they are doing to watch me dead-lift at this new gym, and some times to watch me squat. Maybe if they actually squatted instead of using the smith machine, pussypad, and then quarter squatted with at most 50kilos they could make gains as well

I got Spoto Presses, CG presses, Bodybuilding fluff, A SMITH MACHINE, LEG EXTENSIONS, and all of it glued onto the fucked up skeleton of Memelers 5/3/1. The accessories make no sense, the programming makes no sense, BUT IT'S DANK AS FUCK

>slingshot started at 225, adding 10lbs per workout
>5 sets of each, every set going to RPE 9 or 15 (whichever comes first)
>assorted shenanigans after, might me some overhead work, might be some isolations
>SSB squats on days 1 and 3 5x5, starting at 335 and adding 10 lbs per session

10-12 unweighted, depending on how fresh I am. Weird, considering I'm decent at weighted chins, but going past 10-12 has just been an insurmountable goal for me so far. Maybe one day.

i don't think i have enough experience to autoregulate since i would want to go do a ton of sets everytime(not meaning i would hit all of them just dumb enough to not know when to stop)

autoregulation gets complicated as your body needs it. but right off the bat, it's really just about making small adjustments to your training day to day to account for bad days and to capitalize on good days.

as for progress for the most part, i would just stick to a weight until i knew for sure i wouldn't miss a rep on the next increment. the daily max wouldn't matter that much day-to-day, so long as 2-3 weeks from now, the DM was averaging higher than this week

just keep in mind that while the idea is to mix things up, you still need some form of structure so that your progress is measurable and you don't contract fuckarounditis

Anybody have experience with arm pain after squatting? For some reason I feel a sharp pain that seems to persist for quite a while in the side of my bicep/elbow sometimes after squatting and I have no idea what causes it. My main thinking is that it comes from using my arms too much to keep the bar on my back (I do highbar) and just keeping them too tight in general. Has anybody else experienced something like this before?

i would expect that with low bar tho well i do overhead squats and pec stretch before i squat that fixed it for me
