Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are very filling and they're really good sources of protein.
Everything here except gum. Gum is the worst because it makes your body anticipate food it never receives. Get jerky instead. High protein, actual food and you can chew it for ages

try to stay hydrated, sometimes the sensation of hunger can actually indicate thirst. Drinking loads of water throughout the day can help with the hunger

Caffeine suppresses hunger, have a coffee or sugar free redbull if you can't deal with hunger between meals.
Eating high protein foods for your meals will make you feel fuller for longer.
Drink water during your meal, as well as lots in between.
I personally like eating fruit between meals as a morning or afternoon snack, but if you're really hungry a single peice of fruit it would probably make you feel worse. Go for a Greek yoghurt for a snack or something, high protein and relatively low calorie wise. I would recommend chobani, max 150 cal per single serve of the ones with fruit on the bottom.
