Just follow a strength routine alongside your normal sprint training. Up your calories to compensate. Check out Starting Strength if you have no strength training experience at all. If you are more advanced I don't know, I'm just some cunt of Veeky Forums.

Practice sprinting, especcailly being quick off of the blocks.
do reps and sets of weighted speed skaters, box jumps, and bicycles for abs.
build a strong core and focus on "explosive" exercises, rather than slower movements/exercises.
